How to cook
Wash the chicken wings and drain them of the water. Pour the corn flour into a bowl and mix it with the crumbled chicken broth cube.
Pour the coarsely ground cornflakes in another container. In a 3rd container, beat the eggs and mix them with the milk.
Dip the dried wings in the egg mixture, roll them in the flour, then dip in the eggs again and finally in the cornflakes. Fry the wings in a deep fryer.
Serve them with a sauce made from the mixed together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper.
