Add the livers and cook them for another 10 minutes....

Return the chicken pieces to the pot, add the tomatoes, broth, thyme, bay leaf and a few grains of pepper....

Stew it under a lid in the oil and broth. When the onion becomes tender add the chopped tomatoes. Add honey and salt to taste....

Take the boneless chicken meat from the legs and cut it into chunks, then roll them in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden in color....

Add the liver to the onions, sprinkle with cumin and chopped parsley.
Leave the stewed liver with onions to simmer for 10 minutes....

Soak the chicken livers in water for a few minutes. Trim them and blanch them in sated water. Be careful not to overcook them....

After adding the garlic, increase the temperature of the stove, put the livers in and fry for 10-12 minutes....

Clean and wash the livers well. Heat the oil, put the chopped onions in it, fry them well and then add the livers....
