Season with spices of choice and serve the delicious a la minute warm.
The pan-fried chicken livers with onions and tomatoes are ready....

Add the garlic, livers, stir briefly and add 8 1/3 cups (2 liters) of water....

Chop the onions, mushrooms and livers finely. Heat a little oil and braise the onions. Add the rice and stir....
