Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 21 oz (600 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • onions - 2 heads
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Clean the chicken livers. Heat the oil in a pot on the stove and put them to braise. Add the wine and cook until semi ready. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and onion crescents.

Braise until tender; if necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Finally, mix in the flour, spices and add the cream.

Once it bubbles, remove it from the heat and sprinkle it with freshly chopped parsley.
