How to make
Wash and drain the chicken livers. Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with soy sauce, black pepper and cumin and let them marinate for a while.
Roll the livers in flour and bake them on a baking tray with some butter and olive oil.
Cut the onions into strips and the small mushrooms in halves.
Remove the tray from the oven, Place the mushrooms and onions on top of the livers and add water, beer, and season with salt, black pepper and savory.
Add a few small cubes of butter, and roast for 30 more minutes. Half way through turn the livers upside down, so they cook evenly from all sides.
It's really tasty!
