  • chicken livers - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • beer - 7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • marinated mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.

How to make

Heat the oil in a baking pan directly in the oven.

The cleaned, washed and drained livers are rolled in flour. Seal them on both sides for 4-5 minutes in heated oil.

Add the mushrooms, fry them for 3-4 minutes and pour the beer.

Season them according to your taste with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf.

Cover the baking pan with foil and bake the livers in a moderately heated oven for about 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake them for 10-15 minutes.

Serve them with potato salad or mashed potatoes.
