How to make
Wash and clean the chicken livers. We let the water drain from them.
Cut the onion and mushrooms into strips. Place them in a baking pan, add the black pepper, salt and soy sauce and stir.
Roll the livers in flour and add them to the baking pan.
Add a little more soy sauce, fat and then stir again.
Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake until the meal is fully cooked. It is a good idea to stir the livers 1-2 times in the oven during the cooking process.
We serve our oven-baked chicken livers with onions and mushrooms warm.
