"In the hands of a true master, chicken livers with vegetables have a magical aroma and taste."

Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • peppers - 3 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • canned tomatoes - 2 tins
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Wash and dry the chicken livers. Put them in a bowl.

Chop the vegetables and mash the tomatoes and add them to the livers.

Add spices according to your taste and mix well. Pour oil into a suitable baking pan (mine has a lid) and add the livers and vegetables.

Put the lid on and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes - or until the vegetables soften.

The chicken livers with carrots, onions and peppers are ready.
