How to make
Wash and dry the chicken livers. Put them in a bowl.
Chop the vegetables and mash the tomatoes and add them to the livers.
Add spices according to your taste and mix well. Pour oil into a suitable baking pan (mine has a lid) and add the livers and vegetables.
Put the lid on and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes - or until the vegetables soften.
The chicken livers with carrots, onions and peppers are ready.
