How to make
Wash and clean the livers. Roll them in flour. Cut the onion into crescents, add the spices to it. Mash well by hand.
Fry the livers in heated oil over a slow fire and once the livers are fried on one side, add the onions. Fry until ready, if necessary, add a little water and put a lid on to stew the onions well.
When the water evaporates, turn the heat down. Transfer the contents into in an oven tray or glass cook pot.
Grate cheese on top and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 15 minutes.
