How to make
Finely chop the spring onions and leek and cut the onion into crescents.
If you like, you can lightly boil the chicken livers - this will reduce the frying time. I didn't do it.
Wash and dry the livers. Fry them in a little oil and after 5-10 minutes add all of the types of onions. Continue frying and after a while add the chopped tomatoes.
Season with spices of choice and serve the delicious a la minute warm.
The pan-fried chicken livers with onions and tomatoes are ready.
