How to make
I had 400 g of livers. In a pan with a little oil (hot) I fried them for about 10 minutes, just enough to acquire an appetizing color.
I took it out and in the same pan with a little more oil I fried one head of onion, one carrot and one pepper (for 10 minutes).
Then I added the livers, some salt, black pepper, savory herb and paprika to them. I waited another 2-3 minutes and I turned off the stove.
The Quick Pan-Fried Chicken Livers are a great appetizer!
