How to cook
Wash the chicken wings very well, cut them in half. Season them with black pepper, paprika and salt.
Crush the broth and mix the wings with it. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Pour oil into a pan and heat it very well. Place the wings in it and scatter the garlic cloves between them.
Fry the chicken until a nice golden color is obtained.
Drain wings onto kitchen paper.
