How to make
Clean the wings, wash them and drain of their water in a colander. Mix the dry ingredients well in a wide bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the beer, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and finally the olive oil. Stir intensely until the honey and sugar melt.
Dip each wing briefly in the bowl, to get them soaked on all sides, drain from the excess liquid and transfer to the bowl with the dry spices.
Roll them and transfer to the baking bag, placed in the tray. Once you've placed all the wings in the bag, tie it with the specially designed tie, and put in the preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven (on the middle element with fan on).
After 30 min., you can flip the bag over carefully so the wings bake evenly on both sides. After another 20 min., cut the bag down the middle and return it to the oven for 5-10 more min. for them to gain a nice crisp.
Serve in a plate or platter, decorated with lemon slices and bunches of fresh parsley.
