How to make
Remove some of the skin from the chicken leg steaks, place them in a plastic bag and gently tenderize.
Then mix all the spices in a large roasting bag, add the vinegar, soya sauce and olive oil to the chicken and give the steaks a good jolt or mix with your hands, to evenly season.
Expel all air from the bag, close it and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then remove the chicken steaks, drain them well and bake them in a tray in the oven, on a grill, or barbecue.
