How to make
Tenderize the chicken breasts carefully. Beat together the milk, mustard, soya sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Soak the chicken for 1 hour in the marinade.
Then drain it and heat a pan with oil for frying. Roll the chicken in some breadcrumbs, the egg beaten with 1-2 tablespoons beer and breadcrumbs again. Fry the chicken on both sides until it gets a nice tan.
Serve the chicken steaks with a slice of lemon and a fresh salad of your choice.
