"When time is short at lunchtime but you still demand high quality taste, make these crunchy chicken steaks in just a few minutes!"

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 1 pair
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves, pressed
  • milk - 1 cup
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • eggs - 1 - 2
  • beer - 2 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs

How to make

Tenderize the chicken breasts carefully. Beat together the milk, mustard, soya sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Soak the chicken for 1 hour in the marinade.

Then drain it and heat a pan with oil for frying. Roll the chicken in some breadcrumbs, the egg beaten with 1-2 tablespoons beer and breadcrumbs again. Fry the chicken on both sides until it gets a nice tan.

Serve the chicken steaks with a slice of lemon and a fresh salad of your choice.
