Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 8
  • mushrooms - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3, canned
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • parsley
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) + 3.5 oz (100 g) for sprinkling

How to make

Boil the chicken legs in salted water. Saute the finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan with oil. Add the tomatoes, flour and spices. Pour in a little warm water and stir.

Beat the eggs and add them to the pan. Finally, add the spinach, grated cheese and stir well.

Pour the mixture into an oven dish and arrange the boiled chicken legs on top.

Bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 25 min. Take them out, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for another 5 min.
