How to make
Wash the chicken legs well. Put them in an oven-safe container with a lid.
In a plate, mix the spices: oregano, fenugreek, savory, paprika, black pepper and flour.
Sprinkle the chicken legs well with the mixed spices. Add a piece of butter on top of each chicken leg.
Pour a little water into the container, place lid and bake the legs at 390°F (200 °C). Shortly before taking them out, remove the lid and bake until ready.
