How to make
Put the chicken wings in a tray and pour the beer over them. Leave for 1-2 hours to marinate. Break the eggs in a bowl, whip them with a whisk.
Remove the wings from the marinade, roll them in flour mixed with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp paprika. Dip them in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs and fry them in very hot oil.
Arrange the crumbed wings in a plate and pour on the squeezed lime juice over them. Serve with a side of fries and vegetables.
