"We don`t know what kind of garnish you have in mind for these chicken wings but if it`s not beer, don`t even call us!"

Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • limes - 1, or use a lemon
  • breadcrumbs

How to make

Put the chicken wings in a tray and pour the beer over them. Leave for 1-2 hours to marinate. Break the eggs in a bowl, whip them with a whisk.

Remove the wings from the marinade, roll them in flour mixed with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp paprika. Dip them in the egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs and fry them in very hot oil.

Arrange the crumbed wings in a plate and pour on the squeezed lime juice over them. Serve with a side of fries and vegetables.
