How to make
Grab a deep bowl and put two water glasses of water and vinegar inside and add the turkey liver inside and leave it for about half an hour.
This removes the smell and blood, then take it out, wash it under running water and dry it with a napkin.
Grab a pan, add butter and a little oil in it, so that the butter does not burn and when the fat has heated up, add the liver pieces one by one and stir, so that the liver does become mushy - they should be whole nice pieces.
Serve the pan-fried turkey liver with your choice of salad.
