  • onion - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • spices - to taste (with, curry, turmeric, parsley)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Wash the liver well in cold water.

Place the liver in a pot, add the finely chopped onion and garlic, the oil, pour water, which should cover 2/3 of the ingredients, cover and simmer, by stirring occasionally.
