How to make
Wash the liver well in cold water.
Place the liver in a pot, add the finely chopped onion and garlic, the oil, pour water, which should cover 2/3 of the ingredients, cover and simmer, by stirring occasionally.
When the stewed liver is almost ready, add the wine, let the alcohol evaporate and add the spices to taste.
The turkey liver is a super appetizer for any dinner.
