Wash the meat and cut it into pieces as for kavarma. In a pressure cooker, pour a little oil and fry the meat, until golden. Remove it and set it aside.
Finely chop the onion and stew it in the same fat. Add the cornstarch and fry briefly. Pour the wine and broth.
