How to make
Heat the oil and sear the chunks of pork meat, until all sides turn golden brown.
Add the finely chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, then the tomato puree and after 2-3 minutes the flour, stirring constantly.
Pour in the wine, and season with the paprika and bay leaf, add 1 1/2 cups of water and let the stew simmer for around an hour, or until the meat is tenderly cooked.
Finally season the stew with salt.
You can serve with rice or mashed potatoes. The choice is yours!
