How to cook
I seasoned the pork steaks with salt, black pepper, paprika, savory herb and cumin.
I added soy sauce and red wine as well as parsley sprigs on the bottom and left it in the fridge for 2 and a half hours.
I poured a little more wine and water into the baking pan and I place the meat on a wire rack and I poured the rest of the marinade on top.
I wrapped the baking pan with foil and baked at 430°F (220°C) for 40 minutes, after removing the foil, I increased it to 480°F (250°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
Incredibly juicy and tender steaks were obtained.
