"A korma gondola for each and every guest. But be sure to plan on making extra because they`re so good, everyone`s going to want more."

Ingredients

  • pork - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • champignons - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 3
  • garlic - 2 bunches, fresh
  • peppers - 8, Sivri
  • tomatoes - 2
  • eggs - 4
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • parsley
  • all purpose spice - Vegeta

How to make

Braise the meat, cut into pieces, in heated oil. Stir several times. Once the meat reddens a bit, gradually add the chopped into quarters mushrooms.

Chop the onions into coarse crescents and add them to the meat, as well as 4 peppers, cut into round slices, and 2 bunches of garlic. Stir 2-3 times once again and sprinkle with salt and the spices.

Pour in the water. Once it comes to a boil, add 2 tomatoes that you've diced. Cover with a lid and cook briefly until the vegetables soften. Sprinkle with a little crumbled savory toward the end.

Distribute this kavarma into gondola baking dishes. Break an egg and put 1 whole Sivri pepper in each.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 20 min. or until the egg in each is ready.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
