How to make
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the pork, until it aquires a golden color. Take it out and set it aside.
In the same fat, fry the chopped carrot and onion. Cook on moderate heat and when they soften, add the rest of the cleaned and chopped vegetables.
Stir occasionally. Return the meat.
After about 10 minutes, pour the wine and season the kavarma with the listed spices.
Cook for about 20 minutes on moderate heat and serve it warm.
