How to make
Cut the meat into strips. Marinate it for 2 hours in the marinade made from soy sauce, flour, chopped garlic, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Meanwhile, clean and cut the leeks into circles. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Fry the marinated meat in heated oil in a large pan for 3-4 minutes.
Add the leeks and mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes, by stirring constantly.
Pour the broth and meat marinade over the dish and stew over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with black pepper, spicy curry and as much salt as you like.
Serve the dish with a garnish of pasta (tagliatelle).
