The chopped cleaned mushrooms and onions are smothered in some of the fat and some water....

Wash the rice and add it to the mushrooms and onions.
Stir, sprinkle with salt, the spice mix, black pepper and spearmint and braise briefly....

Finely chop the onion, fry it and add the minced meat, walnuts, raisins, mushrooms and the rice at the end....

Add the washed and sliced mushrooms (if they are small, leave them whole)....

The stuffed peppers with minced meat, rice and tomato sauce are ready....

Optionally sauce can be added to mushrooms with rice and separately when serving....

Once the rice swells, add the tomato paste, black pepper, lovage and spearmint....

Add a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, fry them lightly and add the tomato puree and crushed garlic....

Finally, remove the foil and bake the stuffed lamb until golden and crispy.

Braise the onion, carrot, mushrooms and rice in a pan for 10 min., add 1 cup water, salt and boil for another 5 min....
