Roast the eggplants and peppers and peel them. Grind them with the tomatoes....

The diced onions and tomato chutney are added to it.

Arrange the tomatoes in a tray, roast, peel and blend them or mash with a mortar and pestle....

Add the tomato chutney and as much salt as you like. Mix everything well....

Store the tomato chutney in a cool and dark place for 2 days before opening....
