The bulgur salad with red beans and tomato chutney is very appetizing.
Boil the bulgur for 10 minutes in salted water in a ratio of 1:2. This applies to medium-sized bulgur, so if you use the smallest or largest size (whole grain), follow the manufacturer's instructions, because in some cases you only need to soak it, not boil it.
Leave the swollen bulgur to cool by mixing it with a little olive oil, so that the grains do not stick together.
Finely chop the red onion and parsley. Place them next to the bulgur along with a little more olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar.
Add the boiled red beans, salt and tomato chutney and mix well. Try the salad with bulgur and flavor it according to your taste with more lemon, vinegar, tomato chutney or salt.
If desired, you can add another spice such as a little fresh chopped mint to the delicious salad.
