How to make
Shred the salad or cut it into small pieces. Roast the sunflower seeds in a non greased pan.
Put a little olive oil in the heated pan and fry the garlic. Once you remove it, fry the finely chopped mushrooms.
Squeeze the lemon. Finely chop the parsley. When ready, remove the mushrooms from the heat.
In a bowl, mix the lettuce and onion (finely chopped).
Season with salt, olive oil and as much lemon juice as you like, put it in a plate and put the mushrooms on top and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
The green salad with mushrooms and sunflower seeds is ready.
