How to make
Boil the potatoes without peeling them. In the meantime, chop the roasted peppers and season them with the pressed garlic, oil, salt, vinegar and parsley.
In another container, coarsely chop the boiled potatoes after peeling them. Add the chopped olives and season with oil, salt, vinegar and parsley. In a large transparent bowl, put half of the potato salad.
Chop the eggs coarsely on top and salt them lightly. Stir the yoghurt with the mayonnaise and pour it on. Add in the rest of the potato salad.
Add in the roasted pepper salad and cover with grated feta cheese at the very top.
