How to make

Peel the onion and chop it finely along with the cleaned carrot. Put them in a pot with a little oil and water and saute.

After they soften, add the pepper and continue sauteing. Now add the peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes. Stir everything.

Once the potatoes are sauteed, add the tomatoes which you've chopped finely or ground ahead of time.

Add a little salt to taste, the paprika and black pepper, a little dried spearmint. Pour in water and leave the dish on moderate heat until the potatoes are fully boiled.

Shortly before it's ready, add 1 tbsp flour, diluted with water. After you take the stew off the stove, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
