How to make
Pour the oil into a tray, add the finely chopped onions and spearmint and sprinkle with black pepper to taste, braise until they soften.
Remove from the heat and add the thinly sliced potatoes, salt and stir well.
Sprinkle evenly with the washed and strained rice, pour in enough warm water to cover the potatoes and put the tray in a preheated 390°F (200 °C), bake about 30 min. until the potatoes are ready.
A simple, yet very delicious dish.
