How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix it with the baking powder and salt. Stir the baking soda in a cup with the vinegar, to bubble. Pour it into the flour, add the oil, cool water and knead a medium soft dough.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 10-15 min. In an oiled form, spread out the dough to the same diameter as the form in which you'll be baking.
Prick it with a fork on top. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 35 min. until reddened. Serve the warm loaf sprinkled with mixed spices. Bon appetit!
