How to cook
Roast the peppers. Peel them, clean them and put them in a small pot with a lid. Cut them into small pieces and blend them in a blender along with the garlic and white cheese.
Add the olive oil and hot paprika to the homemade spread.
Stir and leave the quick salad in the fridge for an hour.
You can serve the Serbian Urnebes Salad as a side dish for meat or eat it as it is.
