Ingredients

  • calamari - 3 tubes
  • onion - 1 onion
  • rice - 4 tbsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs. (hard boiled)
  • lettuce - 1 pc.
  • soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • thick tomato juice - 1/4 cup
  • dill - 8 stalks
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Boil the rice in salted water, wash it with cold water and allow it to cool down completely.

Put the calamari in boiling water and cook them for no more than 3 minutes. Let them cool down and cut them into thin strips.

Cut the onion into thin slices, pour boiling water over them and leave them to cool.

The eggs are cut into thin circles. The salad is shredded by hand. Finely chop the dill.

Everything is mixed. Prepare a dressing from the soy sauce, salt, tomato juice and pour this dressing over the salad.
