How to make
Cut the pork neck into small pieces. Cut the pepper and the carrot into juliennes and the onion into small pieces.
Fry the meat in heated oil, by stirring occasionally.
It will release water and when it's left in fat again, add the pepper, carrot, onions and bamboo shoots.
Stir frequently, until the vegetables are cooked. Add the seeds, stir and fry briefly.
Season with black pepper, soy sauce and as much salt as you like.
Stir and after a second remove the fried pork from the heat.
The pork with bamboo shoots and sunflower seeds is very tasty.
