How to make

The dose makes 2 keto waffles.

Everything is whipped and baked in a waffle iron. I don't grease the waffle iron, they don't stick to it. Just for the eggs, I spread a little fat.

I made two types - with almond flour and sunflower flour. The recipe is the same, the difference is only in the amount of the flour.

In the video I show exactly which sunflower flour I use. It turned out to be similar to coconut flour. Both absorb a lot of moisture. The flour is low in carbohydrates and has far fewer calories than almond flour. It is not expensive and turns out to be quite economical. I definitely like this one better for savory baked goods than the almond one. I haven't tried it for keto desserts.

You should know that if you grind sunflower seeds yourself, you will not get the same flour.

The mixture for the almond waffles turned out a little thinner, but that's not a problem. If you want, you can add a little more flour.

The keto waffles with almond and sunflower flour can be garnished with something savory.
