"The favorite cheese muffins, but in a keto version. Perfect for any time of day and any occasion."

Ingredients

  • sour cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • almond flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) crumbled
  • spices
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • chives
  • seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

Mix everything without the cheese by hand with a wire whisk. Finally, add the white cheese and mix with a spoon. Distribute the mixture into muffin tins.

Mine are silicone, but others can be used. You can also bake the mixture in a small baking pan at once. I greased the molds with butter in advance.

I baked the savory muffins in an air fryer on the bake program for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Then I flipped them over for another 2-3 minutes.

You can also bake the keto muffins in the oven at 360°F (180°C).
