  • almond flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • coconut oil - 2 - 3 tbsp. (Ghee)
  • coconut sugar - 1 - 2 tbsp. (or another sweetener of choice)
  • cocoa - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • Cream
  • cream cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp. (10 g)

How to make

Combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa and mix.

Add the butter and mix again, until a thick mixture is obtained.

Spread it out well in a suitable mold and put in the freezer for 1 hour to harden well.

Cream:

Dissolve the gelatin, by following the instructions on the package.

Add 4-5 tbsp of warm water and mix well.

Add the sweetener and beat the cream cheese well with a mixer.

Pour the cream over the base. It's best to leave the cheesecake for about 4-5 hours in the fridge before eating it.

You can decorate it with fruit or chocolate of your choice!
