How to make
Place the cheese in a glass bowl and slightly melt it in the microwave.
Remove it and add the salt and almond flour. Knead the dough.
Roll it out into a round sheet. Cut out circles using a cup.
Arrange the crackers on a baking tray lined with baking paper (spaced apart). Spread with the soy milk using a silicone brush.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake until done.
