How to cook
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, husk, salt and yogurt mixed with baking soda.
Mix with a wooden spoon, until a smooth and soft dough is obtained.
Line a small bread tin with baking paper. Grease the bottom with a spoonful of olive oil and transfer the dough into the mold. It should not be in a very thick layer.
Sprinkle the bread with husk or almond flour on top and drizzle with the other spoonful of olive oil.
Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C), until the almond bread becomes pleasantly golden.
Leave it to cool and slice the finished almond flour bread.
It is very tasty and soft. Perfect for dietary sandwiches.
