How to make
The chocolate is crushed and melted in a water bath.
Mix, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and leave it to cool.
In a bowl, put the butter, which must be at room temperature, sugar and salt and beat with a mixer, until a fluffy cream is obtained.
Add the eggs, which should also be at room temperature, one by one, followed by the melted chocolate and almond flour.
The mixture is stirred, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour it into a rectangular baking pan, which has been lined with baking paper.
Use a silicone spatula to smooth out the healthy cake mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-45 minutes.
After the chocolate cake with almond flour has cooled, remove it from the baking pan and cut it into squares.
