How to make
Mix the baking soda with the yoghurt and once effervescent, add them to the sifted flour with the salt. Knead and add the feta cheese. Prepare a tray, grease it with oil and lightly flour it.
With greasy hands, shape the dough into 6 balls and arrange them in the tray. Distribute small lumps of butter on top and put it to bake in a moderately preheated oven. Spray the baked pita without yeast with a little water and wrap it with a towel to smother.
When serving, you can sprinkle it with mixed spices.
