How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder. Gradually add the olive oil, water and salt, knead it into soft and smooth dough, which must not stick.
Spread out the resulting dough thinly in a tray, like a pizza crust, and use it depending on the specific recipe. The dough is for a thin crust, not a thick one.
Optionally, you can add oregano, basil or savory in the dough.
