Ingredients

  • zucchini - 4 pcs. (large)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 4 tbsp. with a tip
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • fix bolognese sauce - 1 pc.
  • tomato sauce - 100 ml
  • yellow cheese - 300 g
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil

How to make

Grate the zucchini and season them with salt. Leave them for 20 minutes and then drain them well from the water.

Then the eggs and flour are added to them. The obtained mixture is spread out in a greased baking pan or onto baking paper.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes or until it's slightly browned on top.

Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a pan and add the fix dissolved in water. Once it has thickened, add the tomato sauce, black pepper and basil.

Once the zucchini base is ready, add the minced meat sauce and grate the yellow cheese on top.

Place it back into the oven, until the cheese aquires an appetizing color.
