How to make

Knead a smooth dough from the products listed for it. The seeds are optional, they make the pizza more unique and interesting. Shape it into a ball and leave it to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

During this time prepare your stuffing. Chop or blend the onion, celery and garlic. Put them to fry on low to moderate heat in olive oil with a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally.

Cut the carrot into small cubes and add it to the vegetables, which you are frying. After 2-3 minutes, pour the minced meat with the wine and stir, until it becomes crumbly and the alcohol evaporates. Then add the tomatoes or tomato puree, sugar and a little salt and the broth. Add the spices and cook over low heat, until the sauce thickens and the liquid evaporates.

Roll out the risen dough into a thin round or rectangular crust. Spread out the stuffing, sliced mushrooms, prosciutto and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.

Bake, until the edges of the dough turn aquire a golden brown color at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven (about 10 minutes).

After removing it from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan powder or flakes and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if you like.

Enjoy your meal!
