  • water - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • flour - 12 oz (350 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 0.25 oz (7 g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • canned tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dried basil - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • grated parmesan - 4 tbsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Mix the dry yeast along with the sugar and 4 tbsp. of water and put them in a warm place for about 15 minutes.

Sift the flour along with the salt into a bowl and make a well in the middle.

Pour the olive oil, remaining water and yeast in it. Knead the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place.

Spread it out in a round pan.

Place the tomatoes, olive oil, parsley, garlic and salt in a large pot.

Cook the sauce, until it thickens and leave it to cool slightly.

Spread the dough with this sauce, arrange pieces of mozzarella on top and sprinkle the delicious pizza with parmesan.

Bake the pizza at 390°F (200°C), until it's fully baked.

The pizza with parmesan and tomato puree is very tasty.
